"That's my main thing — affordable prices — T shirts for $20 and dresses and jackets for $120. Everything is under $175," said Mrs. Brown, 34, a Santa Barbara native and graduate of San Marcos High School. "I know the Santa Barbara look, which is dressy casual — we like denim with cute flats, fun hats, Bohemian tops — clothing with character that is easy to wear."
